New look, Better Packages, Even better support!

Site...
We are glad to launch the new, simple, easy to use icyhost.com. Our goal was to have something simple, yet graphical and right to the point. Unlike our old design, you have a more organized site that will take you right where you want to be from the home page!

Packages...
As you may take notice to, our packages have been updated in order for us to keep a competitive edge on our competition.

Support...
As we have always been able to deliver our "24/7 support" promise, we have added a couple of new Support Technicians Yamaris & Chris to our staff. These great additions should allow us to cut the 24 hour response time in half down to 12 hours or less! Keep in mind, these figures are "maximum time". Most responses are anywhere from 3 minutes to 3 hours.
